Man Arrested After Fatal Northolt Crash: Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

Police seek witnesses after a 47-year-old man died in a Northolt collision involving a speeding BMW in the early hours of Saturday morning.

A 25-year-old man remains in custody following a fatal collision in Northolt early Saturday (25 January) morning that claimed the life of a 47-year-old driver, as the police urgently appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage.

The incident unfolded around 4:40am on Ruislip Road in Northolt after officers patrolling the area reportedly noticed a BMW traveling at high speed. Moments later, the BMW collided with a Ford Focus driven by a local man, who tragically died at the scene. His family has been notified and is receiving support.

The BMW’s driver and passenger, both 25, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and hospitalised with non-life-threatening injuries. The passenger was later released without charge.

Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are leading the investigation, working to establish what happened.
