
A man has been charged as part of a murder investigation after Michael O’Donnell was found dead at a home in Southall.
Police were called to a residential property in Samara Drive at 10:56am last Wednesday (23 April), where they discovered the body of the 66-year-old victim.
Christopher Donnelly, 54, of Samara Drive, was arrested and has now been charged with murder and fraud by false representation. He is set to appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 28 April.
A 28-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Mr O’Donnell’s family has been informed of the development and continue to receive support from specially trained officers.
