A man is in a life-threatening condition after a three-car collision near Heathrow Airport.
The crash happened on Tunnel Road East, near to the Emirates Roundabout, at around 8:52am yesterday.
The driver of one of the cars, a man who is in his 80s, was taken to hospital where he remains in a life-threatening condition. His next of kin have been informed.
A woman in her 40s, who was driving one of the other cars, was also taken to hospital but her injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are appealing for witnesses to the crash.
