Man Charged After Fatal Collision in Northolt

A 25-year-old man has been charged in connection with a fatal collision in Northolt, which claimed the life of a 47-year-old driver.

Kamil Rouibah, from Marlow Bottom in Buckinghamshire, appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (28 January) facing charges of causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and failing to stop for police. 

The tragic incident occurred in the early hours of Monday (27 January) at approximately 4:40am when a patrolling police car reportedly noticed a BMW travelling at high speed on Ruislip Road. Shortly afterwards, the BMW collided with a Ford Focus, driven by a 47-year-old man. 

Emergency services, including the London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade, rushed to the scene. Despite their efforts, the driver of the Ford Focus was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and are receiving support from specially trained officers.
