If you are looking to bolster your personal safety skills and feel more confident make sure you sign up to the Personal Safety Awareness session which is coming to Kate Fassnidge Community Hall in Uxbridge on Saturday, May 4th between 10:30AM and 12:00PM.
Attendees will be given the opportunity to learn essential personal safety knowledge and skills. Led by a seasoned non-police instructor, the event offers a basic self-defence class aimed at enhancing confidence and security in various situations. Additionally, local police officers will be on hand post-class to address any safety concerns, fostering an open dialogue on crime prevention strategies and support mechanisms.
All who attend will receive a complimentary goody bag packed with crime prevention essentials such as a torch and purse bells.
The session is open to everyone aged 16 and above, regardless of prior experience or background.
