Daniel Bell, 45, from Hayes, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder.
He is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court later today (17 July).
The charges relate to an incident last Sunday, when two 21-year-old men were found with stab injuries, near the junction of Willow Tree Lane and Reynolds Road in Hayes.
