Hillingdon Council has been given permission by the High Court on Wednesday (21 July) to proceed with its judicial review of the Mayor of London’s decision to grant planning permission for the former Master Brewer site.
This means that the High Court is satisfied that the council has an arguable case.
The hearing of the case in the High Court is expected to take place later this year.
