Detectives investigating a fatal stabbing in Greenford have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to identify and locate.

On Monday, 11 March, shortly after 5:30pm, a man was found injured in a car on Sudbury Heights Avenue. He was taken to hospital where he sadly died a short time later.

While formal identification awaits, next of kin have been informed and the deceased is Bajram Luli, aged 27.

Detective Chief Inspector Jim Shirley, who leads the investigation for one of the Metropolitan Police homicide investigation teams said: “This is a very clear image and I would like anyone who recognises this man to contact police immediately.

“The investigation is continuing at pace and we are working hard to secure justice for the family and friends of Bajram who was fatally stabbed.”

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or possesses information pertinent to the investigation to come forward by calling 101 quoting CAD 5384/11Mar. Alternatively, information can be shared anonymously with Crimestoppers, an independent charity, by calling 0800 555 111.
