A collision involving five cars and one van saw the Uxbridge Road in Iver Heath closed last Friday (26 November) morning.
Fire engines from Langley and Slough attended the incident and the road was closed in both directions.
Paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service also attended providing immediate emergency care.
A winch was used by firefighters to relocate one of the vehicles, which enabled one carriageway to be reopened.
The incident was then handed over to Thames Valley Police.
