At around 5.55pm last Friday (29 July), it was reported that a woman was walking on Uxbridge Road, near the junction of Money Hill Road, when she was approached by a man and touched inappropriately.
A man arrested on suspicion of sexual assault has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Detective Sergeant Stuart Keene, from the Three Rivers Local Crime Unit, said: “While an arrest was swiftly made in relation to this incident, we are appealing for witnesses or anyone who saw anything suspicious in the Uxbridge Road area around 6pm on Friday to get in contact.”
