A theft from motor vehicle occurred between 7pm Saturday 22nd April and 3am on Sunday 23rd April. The theft took place on Widmore Road while the car was parked outside. The victim reported that a bank card and a wallet containing paperwork were stolen from the vehicle.
The thieves wasted no time and used the stolen bank card at approximately 3am at a BP petrol station located on the Uxbridge Road, racking up a bill of £70.
The investigation into the crime is ongoing.
The police have urged anyone who has seen or heard anything related to the crime to call 101, quoting the crime reference number 0908870/23.
