Police investigating a man seen performing a sexual act on board a Piccadilly Line train would like to speak to the man in the image as they believe he may have information that could help their investigation.
Just after 7pm on Tuesday 30 January a bystander witnessed another man on the Piccadilly Line heading west bound staring and winking at women while touching himself over his jeans.
