Two teenagers, Essa Alanizi and Hadi Khamis, both 18, have been charged with attempted murder and remain in custody to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on 15 November.
Alanizi was arrested by officers on 16 October at an address in Greenford and was charged with attempted murder two days later.
Khamis attended a local police station on 18 October and was arrested. He was charged the following day for attempted murder and dangerous driving.
Police were called at 00:27am on Sunday, 16th October to Sargeant Close, Uxbridge, following reports of a collision involving a car and pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a man aged 31 was found at the scene with a head injury, he was taken to hospital by ambulance where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
