A convicted drug dealer has been sentenced to six years in prison after a major police operation led to the discovery of Class A and B drugs worth approximately £15,000 in Ruislip.
Paul Francis, who pleaded guilty to multiple drug-related offences, was sentenced at Isleworth Crown Court on Tuesday (4 February). His early guilty plea led to a reduced sentence from an initial eight-year term.
The West Area’s dedicated officers in collaboration with the Ruislip Safer Neighbourhoods Team, developed intelligence on Francis’ illegal activities. A drugs warrant was executed at a residential address in Ruislip on Thursday, 14th November 2024. During the raid, officers discovered significant quantities of cocaine, ketamine, cannabis, and psilocybin mushrooms, with an estimated street value of £15,000.
Although Francis was not present at the address during the warrant execution, a week-long manhunt ensued. Francis handed himself in at Acton police station.
Francis has been sentenced for the following offences:
– Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (Cocaine and Psilocybin mushrooms)
– Possession with intent to supply Class B drugs (Ketamine and Cannabis)
– Possession of criminal property, namely £150,000 in cash
